Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human pancreas tissue stained for S6K2 (Phospho-Ser371) using 52100 at 1/100 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence S6K2 (Phospho-Ser371) antibody (52100)

ICC/IF staining of S6K2 (Phospho-Ser371) in Hela cells. Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.
Samples were incubated with 52100 at a working dilution of 1/100. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor® 488 goat anti rabbit, used at a dilution of 1/500.
Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI.
Swiss-Prot Acc.Q9UBS0. Phosphorylates specifically ribosomal protein S6 (PubMed:29750193). Seems to act downstream of mTOR signaling in response to growth factors and nutrients to promote cell proliferation, cell growth and cell cycle progression in an alternative pathway regulated by MEAK7
