Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue stained for ApoER2 using 59535 at 1/100 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence ApoER2 antibody (59535)

ICC/IF staining of ApoER2 in HepG2 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.
Samples were incubated with 59535 at a working dilution of 1/100. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor® 647 goat anti rabbit, used at a dilution of 1/500.
Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI.
Cell surface receptor for Reelin (RELN) and apolipoprotein E (apoE)-containing ligands. LRP8 participates in transmitting the extracellular Reelin signal to intracellular signaling processes, by binding to DAB1 on its cytoplasmic tail.
