Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue stained for NDUFS3 using 59559 at 1/100 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence NDUFS3 antibody (59559)

ICC/IF staining of NDUFS3 in MCF-7 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.
Samples were incubated with 59559 at a working dilution of 1/100. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor® 488 goat anti rabbit, used at a dilution of 1/500.
Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI.
Core subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I) that is believed to belong to the minimal assembly required for catalysis. Complex I functions in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone.
