Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human spleen tissue stained for Lamin B2 using 59582 at 1/100 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence Lamin B2 antibody (59582)

ICC/IF staining of Lamin B2 in Hela cells. Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.
Samples were incubated with 59582 at a working dilution of 1/100. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor® 488 goat anti rabbit, used at a dilution of 1/500.
Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI.
Lamins are components of the nuclear lamina, a fibrous layer on the nucleoplasmic side of the inner nuclear membrane, which is thought to provide a framework for the nuclear envelope and may also interact with chromatin.
