Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human colon cancer tissue stained for DNA Ligase IV using 59621 at 1/100 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence DNA Ligase IV antibody (59621)

ICC/IF staining of DNA Ligase IV in Hela cells. Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.
Samples were incubated with 59621 at a working dilution of 1/100. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor® 488 goat anti rabbit, used at a dilution of 1/500.
Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI.
Efficiently joins single-strand breaks in a double-stranded polydeoxynucleotide in an ATP-dependent reaction. Involved in DNA non-homologous end joining (NHEJ) required for double-strand break repair and V(D)J recombination.
