Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human prostate cancer tissue stained for GRASP65 using 59700 at 1/100 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence GRASP65 antibody (59700)

ICC/IF staining of GRASP65 in HepG2 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.
Samples were incubated with 59700 at a working dilution of 1/100. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor® 647 goat anti rabbit, used at a dilution of 1/500.
Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI.

Stacking factor involved in the postmitotic assembly of Golgi stacks from mitotic Golgi fragments. Key structural protein required for the maintenance of the Golgi apparatus integrity: its caspase-mediated cleavage is required for fragmentation of the Golgi during apoptosis
