Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human lung cancer tissue stained for APPL using 59720 at 1/100 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence APPL antibody (59720)

ICC/IF staining of APPL in HepG2 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.
Samples were incubated with 59720 at a working dilution of 1/100. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor® 647 goat anti rabbit, used at a dilution of 1/500.
Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI.
Adapter protein that interacts with proteins involved in different cellular signaling pathways. Required for the regulation of cell proliferation in response to extracellular signals from an early endosomal compartment. Links Rab5 to nuclear signal transduction. Involved in the regulation of the insulin receptor signaling pathway.
