Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human lung tissue stained for CRTC3 using 60090 at 1/100 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence CRTC3 antibody (60090)

ICC/IF staining of CRTC3 in Hela cells. Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.
Samples were incubated with 60090 at a working dilution of 1/100. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor® 488 goat anti rabbit, used at a dilution of 1/500.
Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI.

Transcriptional coactivator for CREB1 which activates transcription through both consensus and variant cAMP response element (CRE) sites. Acts as a coactivator, in the SIK/TORC signaling pathway, being active when dephosphorylated and acts independently of CREB1 'Ser-133' phosphorylation. Enhances the interaction of CREB1 with TAF4. Regulates the expression of specific CREB-activated genes such as the steroidogenic gene, StAR.
