Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence p60 katanin antibody (60104)

ICC/IF staining of p60 katanin in HepG2 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.
Samples were incubated with 60104 at a working dilution of 1/100. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor® 647 goat anti rabbit, used at a dilution of 1/500.
Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI.
Severs microtubules in vitro in an ATP-dependent manner. This activity may promote rapid reorganization of cellular microtubule arrays, such as during disassembly of interphase microtubules at the G2-M transition.
