Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human lung cancer tissue stained for TCEA1 using 60195 at 1/100 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence TCEA1 antibody (60195)

ICC/IF staining of TCEA1 in HepG2 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.
Samples were incubated with 60195 at a working dilution of 1/100. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor® 647 goat anti rabbit, used at a dilution of 1/500.
Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI.

Necessary for efficient RNA polymerase II transcription elongation past template-encoded arresting sites. The arresting sites in DNA have the property of trapping a certain fraction of elongating RNA polymerases that pass through, resulting in locked ternary complexes.
