Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue stained for PCBP2 using 60205 at 1/100 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence PCBP2 antibody (60205)

ICC/IF staining of PCBP2 in Hela cells. Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.
Samples were incubated with 60205 at a working dilution of 1/100. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor® 647 goat anti rabbit, used at a dilution of 1/500.
Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI.
Single-stranded nucleic acid binding protein that binds preferentially to oligo dC. Major cellular poly(rC)-binding protein. Binds also poly(rU). Negatively regulates cellular antiviral responses mediated by MAVS signaling. It acts as an adapter between MAVS and the E3 ubiquitin ligase ITCH, therefore triggering MAVS ubiquitinationa and degradation.
