Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human lung cancer tissue stained for PSMB10 using 60207 at 1/100 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence PSMB10 antibody (60207)

ICC/IF staining of PSMB10 in A549 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.
Samples were incubated with 60207 at a working dilution of 1/100. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor® 647 goat anti rabbit, used at a dilution of 1/500.
Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI.
The proteasome is a multicatalytic proteinase complex which is characterized by its ability to cleave peptides with Arg, Phe, Tyr, Leu, and Glu adjacent to the leaving group at neutral or slightly basic pH. The proteasome has an ATP-dependent proteolytic activity. This subunit is involved in antigen processing to generate class I binding peptides.
