Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue stained for PRD using 60210 at 1/100 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence PRD antibody (60210)

ICC/IF staining of PRD in A549 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.
Samples were incubated with 60210 at a working dilution of 1/100. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor® 647 goat anti rabbit, used at a dilution of 1/500.
Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI.
Splits dipeptides with a prolyl or hydroxyprolyl residue in the C-terminal position. Plays an important role in collagen metabolism because the high level of iminoacids in collagen.
