Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human Prostate tissue stained for GPR35 at 1/100 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence-GPR35 antibody 

staining GPR35 antibody in Hela cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100. 
The cells were incubated overnight at 4°C with antibody at a working dilution of 1/200 and Mouse monoclonal to alpha Tubulin - Loading Control. Cells were incubated with Goat polyclonal Secondary Antibody to Rabbit IgG - H&L (Alexa Fluor 594), pre-adsorbed at 1/1000 dilution (shown in red) and Goat polyclonal Secondary Antibody to Mouse IgG - H&L (Alexa Fluor 488), pre-adsorbed at 1/1000 dilution (shown in pseudocolour green). Nuclear DNA was labelled with DAPI (shown in blue).

Stimulates lipid metabolism, thermogenic, and anti-inflammatory gene expression in adipose tissue once activated by kynurenic acid (By similarity). In macrophages, activation by lysophosphatidic acid promotes GPR35-induced signaling with a distinct transcriptional profile characterized by TNF production associated with ERK and NF-kappa-B activation. In turn, induces chemotaxis of macrophages (By similarity).
