Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma tissue stained for Latrophilin-2 at 1/200 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.The picture on the right is blocked with the synthesized peptide.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence Latrophilin-2 antibody

staining Latrophilin-2 in the COS7 cell line by ICC/IF. Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.
Samples were incubated with antibody at a working dilution of 1/200. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488 goat anti rabbit, used at a dilution of 1/500.
The picture on the right is blocked with the synthesized peptide.
This gene encodes a member of the latrophilin subfamily of G-protein coupled receptors. The encoded protein participates in the regulation of exocytosis. The proprotein is thought to be further cleaved within a cysteine-rich G-protein-coupled receptor proteolysis site into two chains that are non-covalently bound at the cell membrane.
