Human Acetylcholine receptor antibody (AChRab) ELISA Kit#EK20187
1-2 weeksThe microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with antigen. Samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with anti-Human immunoglobulin conjugated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP). Any antibodies specific for the antigen present will bind to the pre-coated antigen. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, Then substrate solutions are added to each well. and color develops in proportion to the amount of human anti-AChRab bound in the initial step. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm.
