NAD-dependent protein ADP-ribosyl transferase. Has no detectable protein deacetylase activity (By similarity). Catalyzes the transfer of ADP-ribosyl groups onto target proteins, including mitochondrial GLUD1. Inhibits GLUD1 enzyme activity. Down-regulates insulin secretion.
