- Reconstitution The Sequencing Grade Chymotrypsin lyophilized powder was dissolved into 0.5-1 ug/uL using resolution buffer. Use 50 mM NH4HCO3 or PH 7.0-8.0 buffer solution. It is recommended to use 1 mM CaCl2 in the digestion buffer, recombinant sequenced grade chymotrypsin: target protein = 1:2000-1:20.
- Storage Stability of storage:Sequencing grade chymotrypsin lyophilized should be stored under 2-8˚C in sealed container. It is stable within 24 months. Use resolution buffer to dissolve the lyophilized powder into 0.5-1 ug/uL, and store it at -20±5℃ after aliquote it to avoid repeated freeze-thaw. Stability of transport: The product is stable by blue ice insulation transport.
